SHIPPING
We aim to ship all orders within 1 business day. We ship with Australian Post and most deliveries are completed with in 3-5 business days of your order. Standard shipping fees apply, however with orders over $130 you will receive free shipping.
If you’re a Goldy local, we also offer a PICK UP OPTION to save you on shipping costs! At the check-out simply select the ‘PICK UP’ option and it will give you the pickup address and will remove the shipping fee.
RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if, for any reason, you're not in love with your order, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return it.
Simply reach out to our Customer Service team through our Contact Page, and we'll be happy to assist with any concerns you may have.

With any return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached. In such cases as change-of-mind, we offer store credit. For items that have arrived damaged, we can provide you with a full refund. Please note that we do not cover for the cost of the return shipping. It is recommended to use a shipping service with tracking as we are not liable for any packages lost in transit. All items are inspected upon arrival.
